If 5000 will run...

If almost 5000 will run a 5K in the Drumstick Dash in Roanoke, Virginia, how many will swim, bike, and run in the New River Valley Triathlon?

""Our [the Rescue Mission's] huge goal is to get 10,000 people by 2010.."

May that goal be met!

Congratulations to the Dash and to its charitable beneficiary, the Rescue Mission!
