All About the New River Valley Triathlon

What?	New River Valley Triathlon
How Far?	A Sprint Triathlon:  400 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 5K (3.1 miles) run
When?	7:00 AM, Sunday, July 12, 2009
Where?	Newly constructed, state-of-the-art, Christiansburg Aquatic Center, Christiansburg, Virginia
Who?	Only 600 slots for individuals or relay teams
Who Else?	Business, company, corporation, and/or organization relay teams in competition for one-year possession of the Valley Cup trophy
Why?	To benefit a local charity
How?	Through Set Up Events, the nation’s largest triathlon production company
How much?	Less than it would be thanks to the generosity of our sponsors
Really, how much?	$65 for individuals, $115 for relay teams
How do I sign up?	Very early in January, 2009.  Watch the Set Up Events Web site for the exact date and time.  Some races fill in under one hour!
I’m not sure I want to race.  How else can I get involved?	Volunteer! Be a fan!  Come and cheer!
