Triathlon Expo is Saturday, April 26

The Spring Triathlon Expo will be held at the Kirk Family YMCA in Roanoke, Virginia on Saturday, April 26, 2008 from 9 AM to 12 Noon.

Schedule of Events:

7 am
Group Run—show & go, approx. 5 miles, meet outside YMCA, Church Ave. entrance

8:15 am
Group Swim led by Pat Bateman, YMCA pool

9 am—12 noon
Vendor & Club Expo, upper level YMCA

9:45—10:15 am
2008 Race Calendar, Planning & Periodization—Community Room B

11 —11:30 am
Triathlon for Beginners—What you need to know to get started in the sport
